Greedy Genius, What Happened?

They was doing it up with their first batch of sneakers but now they're trying to reinvent the kix and its not a good look at all. The new Greedy Genius hightops(pictured below) is just a mess it has a mixture of patient leather and suede. All I want to know is what was the thought behind these sneakers??
